Linda Wood

Obituary of Linda Dell Wood

Linda Dell Wood,

May 4th, 1959 - April 4th, 2024

Linda Dell Wood, 64 was born in Cokeville, Wyoming and passed away in Pensacola, Florida on Thursday, April 4, 2024.

There was only one thing that Linda loved more than her husband and children: our Lord Jesus! Linda met the love of her life, Michael, on December 23rd, 1989, while she was out Christmas caroling. They knew it was meant to be and wed September 15th, 1990.

Linda enjoyed spending time with children, birdwatching, and starting craft projects. However, her greatest passion was writing, and she excelled in creating short stories, poems, and children's novels. Linda even published two books, “Wedge the Percheek” and “Wedge Returns.”

For many years, Linda talked about making a baby blanket for each state, and she and Michael set out to achieve this goal. They traveled to every state capital, where Linda shared her story on abortion. Her extraordinary co-piloting skills were essential for navigating through the 48 states that they completed, and Michael can attest to this fact.
