Clare Sheedy Stamateris was my mother, and the mother to 4 other grateful children. She was a kind woman, always looking for the best side of everything. She loved my father, and Tony Bennett, sometimes I wasn’t sure who she loved more. But she was a devoted wife to my father and her children. She was young at heart, showed all of us how to grow up and succeed. I will, along with I’m sure her other four children remember her for the rest of our lives. Having a Greek father, and an Irish mother gave each of us a perspective on life…..I feel, you can’t buy as a life experience. The only thing I won’t miss, her over cooked extra thin coffee cake recipe. Everything else……I’ll miss forever. alex
