Obituary of William Thomas Stewart

William Thomas Stewart, 77 of Fort Walton Beach, Florida passed peacefully, on May 22, 2024.

He was born in Jackson, Tennessee on October 24, 1946 to William L. Stewart and Doris M. Raines. He graduated from Northside High School in Jackson, TN on May 7, 1965. Shortly after he was drafted into the United States Army to serve his country. He married April L. Stephenson of Fort Walton Beach, June 28, 2002.

Mr. Stewart was previously employed by Toyota of Fort Walton Beach then Mercedes of Fort Walton Beach. He later worked for O’Reilly’s Auto Parts of Destin.

William is survived by his wife, April; mother-in-law, Mary Williams; brother-in-law, Michael Stephenson; sister-in-law, Myshe Stephenson; Daughters, Wendi (Fred) Coombs, Rebecca Lewis; sons, Kyle (Jasmine) Morris, Timothy (Megan) Sylvain; Grandchildren, Lizzie Spenser, Connor, Taylor and Kalie Coombs, Anniston and Ian Sylvain, Shavaya Lewis, Wynter and Roman Morris; sister-in-law, Wanda Tedescucci; nephew, David Stewart; nieces, Traci Stewart-Saltwell and Jennifer Naaman.

Mr. Stewart is preceded in death by his parents, William and Doris Stewart; brother, Kenneth Stewart and daughter, Cherie Combs Grady.
