Obituary of Oather Lee Ferguson, III

Born in Waltham Massachusetts to Oather JR and Ann Ferguson. Lee joined the US Army in 1971 and served in the Viet Nam war. He was named the youngest to achieve Staff Sargent rank, at that time. He & his family were living in Rawlins Wyoming, this is where he met the love of his life, Sheri. After many moves and adventures, they settled in Gulf Breeze, Florida with their family. He enjoyed Living and Loving and time spent with family, friends, neighbors and brothers and sisters in Christ, whom he loved deeply. He was a loving and faithful son to our Lord Jesus Christ.

Lee was preceded in death by his parents Oather and Ann Ferguson and his Mother in Law Bettie Rider.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sheri. His son Eric Ferguson & DIL Karen, 2 daughters, Amity Rogers and Destiny Ferguson. Three grandsons, Trevor and Lukas Ferguson and Gabriel Rogers. Also his sister, Deborah Bowen and his Aunt Bibs Morgan.

Celebration of life will be held June 14, 2024 at Coastline Calvary Chapel.
Family visitation at 10 am service at 11 am.
