Obituary of Robert Dillon Southwick

Born 4/13/1939 East Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio Died 6/7/2024 Pensacola, FL Age 85

He was preceded in Death by his loving wife of 62 Years, Catherine Ellen Southwick, his parents,

Robert and Jeanette C. Southwick, and his Siblings, Susan Muntwyler and Roger Southwick.

He is survived by his family: Matt Southwick, Greta Southwick, Paul Southwick, and Liz Southwick;

six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Steve Southwick and Linda Bush.

He graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio before working a long career with Blue Cross

and Blue Shield in Cincinnati.

He had been a long-time Cincinnati resident. He loved to run and train annually for the Heart Mini-

Marathon. He also enjoyed playing Golf with his friends in leagues and his weekly visits to Findley

market. He was a long-time member of the Cincinnati Germania Society.

Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 18 th at 11:00 AM at St. Anne Catholic Church, 5200 Saufley

Field Road, Pensacola.
