Obituary of James Calvin Baughman, Jr

James Baughman better known as “Buck,” went to be our Lord on September 16, 2024 after a long illness. 

James was born in Biloxi , Mississippi on June 15, 1953, to the late James and Dejuona Baughman . After graduating from Fort Walton Beach high school Florida. James went into the Air Force, serving in the Redhorse unit for 4 years.  After discharged James worked in the Offshore Exploration Drilling business as a crane operator his entire career of 40 years. 

A hardworking man, Buck dedicated himself to providing for and caring for his family.  Whatever he had he gave to them. 

Buck is preceded in death by his wife Melba and his mother and father.  He is survived by his daughter Amanda Baughman and his brothers David and Randy. He is also survived by a grandchild Sienna Allen and great grandchildren Elyse and Anya Allen of Crestview, Florida.

James wished to be cremated. The celebration of his life is at 1-3 on October 11th, 2024.
