Obituary of Thomas Joseph Del Bello, Sr.

Thomas (TJ) Del Bello, Sr. passed away December 10th in Niceville, FL. TJ was born May 1936 in New York City, the son of Pauline (Devito) and John Del Bello. He enlisted in the United States Coast Guard after high school and served 8 years, assigned to the tug Manitou (WYT-60).  After discharge he worked 33 years for Dow Pharmacuticals in the Marketing, Sales, and Special Projects Divisions. In 1977 he had the opportunity to be a founding member of the Lexington Youth Soccer Association and in 1994 he joined the USCG Auxillary and completed 30 years service in 2024.

He is survived by his wife Anne; children, John (Robin) Del Bello, Tom (Patty) Del Bello, Kristen (Aaron) Wilson, Breck (Donna) Gould, Julie (Daniel) Gould; 8 grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends.

TJ will be buried at sea. The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in TJ's memory to the Emerald Coast Hospice Care, Crestview Florida.
