Obituary of Nicole Lea Powell

Nicole Lea Powell of Pensacola, Florida passed away suddenly on January 3, 2023, at Baptist Hospital and went to be with her Lord at the age of 48 years. Nicole is preceded in death by her mother; Anita Norris, and father; James R. Norris, and birth father; Neil Newman, her brother; Brian Newman, and special friend; Clayton Hughes. Nicole is survived by her sons; Joey Powell and JC Hughes, her daughter; Amanda Powell, along with special friends; PJ Hughes, Brenda Hughes, and Micheal Powell. Nicole spent most of her life managing a convenience store and touched the lives of countless people. Nicole will be remembered as a woman who made a difference in many people’s lives. Nicole treasured the connections she made with people and loved spending time with her family the most. She will be sorely missed. A wake will be held in Tullahoma, TN at CD Stamps Community Center on Sunday, March 26th, at 1:30pm.
