Obituary of Robert Jasper Fuqua

Robert Jasper Fuqua 1927 – 2023 On the morning of February 8, 2023 Robert Jasper Fuqua of Foley, Alabama passed away at the age of 95. Born in Columbus, Ohio and moving to Foley in 2005 Bob loved to work in his yard and he always had a smile on his face. Bob served in the Navy as a member of the Asiatic-Pacific Theater in the Philippines and Guam, aboard the USS Topeka, in which he earned the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal. . He is survived by 5 children, Pam Shelton, Bob Fuqua Jr., Steve Fuqua, Kathy Fuqua Hausladen and Nick Fuqua and several grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort, Alabama.
