I am just learning of your loss of dear, sweet, Pat. My thoughts and prayers go out to Gordon and the family. Losing a loved one is not easy, but we can rest easy knowing that she is living eternal life with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. May God wrap his loving arms around your family and continue to comfort you.

Pat was a truly wonderful, caring and loving mother and wife. I loved being around her and Gordon and Chelsea during the travel ball days. We have lost a wonderful lady here on earth and heaven has gained a great one. She is in heaven with my mom that left us 36 years ago with the same diagnosis (after fighting it for 14 months) We love you Gordon and Chelsea! Debbie and Richard Reeves

Miss Pat was the most loving person I was blessed to meet. She would listen with her heart and soul. She showed me how to go through rough moments with grace and a little humility. I pray for her family but I know Miss Pat is watching over them and pushing them forward. God Speed Miss Pat and thank you for your love and patience.

If you look up the word friend in the dictionary, there should be a picture of Pat. Her laugh, her smile, her thoughtfulness and caring. She was a special individual who will forever be in my heart. Till we meet again Sassafras!

She always welcomed me with open arms and the best hugs. She brought me the most scrumptious vegetable soup that was nourishing down to my bones because it was made with love. She always had treats in her purse for our Daisy Dog who was not always the most friendly with others but she adored Pat! Who didn’t adore Pat??? Loving, Giving, Non Judgemental, True to herself and a true friend! She loved her Chelsea and “The Man” her dear husband Gordon, and her beautiful grand daughters with all of her being! I will forever feel her presence in the beautiful blooms each Spring and in the lovely chirping of new born birdies! She will remain in my soul!
Our deepest condolences and our love and prayers!

Your mom was a wonderful woman for the short time I talked with her. When I was diagnosed I was so lost and had no clue of what to expect or what I was facing. She told me it would be okay and just trust in God and believe in the power of prayer. She admired her family and praised her daughter Chelsea for all the research she did on her own to help her mom. That was a wonderful blessing because it has helped so many people stay positive knowing the 6 months they tell you can be beat and Mrs. Pat was that person to encourage this. She is already dearly missed but will forever be remembered in the Cholangiocarcinoma family. May she rest in peace and watch over her beautiful family.

You were a mother figure to my niece Brittany Carpenter, Chelsea's softball friend. May you be an angel and watch over Brittany and send your motherly love and protection to her and Chelsea. Bless you and will miss you, but God has a beautiful Angel in his midst!
