I have so many great memories of Aunt Carmen. I love the she would smile when I would call her Tia. I was around four and we flew out to visit her and she made me a little purple dress that glittered. I loved it so much and she laughed when I ran outside and danced in it. She was an amazing cook and I would always wait to eat at family gatherings until her dish was on the table. When I was about seven I visited and Debra has pompoms and I thought they were so cool. So the next time we visit she made me some of my own. I was so lucky she was in my world. On my wedding day she sent this little ring bearers pillow for little Schuyler and I still have it. She also made the perfect glasses for our toast. I remember her visit to check on me after my daughter was born and we lived in Chicago. She was so full of joy. The people who she loved knew it, she had so much to give. Thank you Tia Carmen. Love you forever. - Jennifer
